STEP 1
Brush a 9x9’’ inch square pan with butter. Place all 6 cinnamon buns in the pan and leave it in the fridge overnight or in room temp for 3 hours before moving onto Step 2.
STEP 2
Boil 1 to 1.5L of water and pour it into a deep dish and place it into the oven with the cinnamon loaf pan for 70 to 90 minutes.
STEP 3
When it has doubled in size, take it out of the oven, and pre-heat the oven to 325 F.
STEP 4
Bake the cinnamon buns for 10 minutes, then turn up the oven to 350 F and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Take the cinnamon buns out and spread the glaze on while it's hot. Then, let it cool before you enjoy them!
**Glaze! If you want to add on our milk glaze here’s the recipe! Use room temperature butter (35g) whisk in icing sugar (200g), milk (30g), vanilla (6g) and a pinch of salt! Smear it on while the cinnamons are still warm!
